  2. Claim the free month

    The discount applies itself at checkout. Your first invoice is KES 0.

    cPanel-style control panel details arrive by email, usually within minutes.

  4. Keep it or leave it

    Month two renews at KES 200. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing at all.

We would rather tell you these up front than have checkout surprise you.

A domain is required

Register one with us, or point one you already own. The free month attaches to a domain, not to an email address.

One free month per domain

Once a domain has used the offer it cannot claim it again, including on a new account. A different domain gets its own free month.

No free subdomains

Addresses like yoursite.blogspot.com are not eligible. The domain has to be one you actually registered.

Questions

Before you claim it

Is a card required to start?
No. The first invoice is KES 0, so there is nothing to pay at signup. You only add a payment method if you decide to continue past the free month.
What happens after the free month?
The account renews at KES 200 a month. We email you before that happens, and you can cancel from the client area at any point during the free month without being charged.
Do I need to buy a domain?
You need a domain, but it does not have to be bought from us. Point a domain you already own at our nameservers, or register one with us in the same checkout — .co.ke is KES 1,000 a year.
Why can I not use a free subdomain?
The offer is one free month per domain, and that only works if the domain is genuinely yours. Free subdomains can be created endlessly, which would make the limit meaningless.
Can I claim it twice?
Once per domain. A second domain is a second business, and we are happy to give it its own free month — but the same domain cannot claim twice, even on a new account.
Can I upgrade before the month is up?
Yes, at any time, and you only pay the difference for the remainder of the period. Nothing is lost or rebuilt.
