What is Zimbra?
Zimbra is an enterprise email and collaboration platform — similar to Microsoft Exchange. It provides webmail, shared calendars, contacts, tasks, and file sharing from a single modern web interface.
Can I use Outlook with this?
Yes. Configure Outlook via IMAP/SMTP or via Zimbra's MAPI connector for a more native Outlook experience including calendar sync.
Can I migrate from Gmail or Office 365?
Yes — free email migration is included. We use imapsync to migrate all historical emails, folders, and labels from your old provider without any downtime.
What is DKIM and why does it matter?
DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) digitally signs every email your domain sends. Combined with SPF and DMARC, it proves your emails are legitimate and dramatically reduces the chance of landing in spam folders.
Is email archiving a separate cost?
Email archiving is included on Business and Enterprise plans at no extra cost. Starter plan users can add archiving as an optional extra.
Can I add more mailboxes later?
Yes — add individual mailboxes from your client area at any time. You are billed pro-rata for the remaining period of your billing cycle.
