What is WHM?
WHM (Web Host Manager) is the reseller control panel that sits above cPanel. It lets you create and manage individual cPanel accounts for each of your hosting clients.
Is WHMCS really included?
Yes — WHMCS is included at no additional charge on all reseller plans. It handles automated invoicing, payment collection, account provisioning, and domain management.
Can I integrate M-Pesa into WHMCS?
Yes. We pre-configure the Kenyan M-Pesa Daraja API gateway in WHMCS so your clients can pay via Paybill with instant automated receipt.
How many client accounts can I create?
Unlimited — there is no per-account fee. The only limit is your total disk storage and bandwidth allocation, which you can upgrade any time.
Can my clients see that you are the underlying host?
No. With private nameservers, a custom WHMCS portal, and white-label branding, your clients see only your brand.
Do you offer support to my end clients?
We support you (the reseller) as the account holder. If you want to authorise us to deal directly with specific clients, you can grant them access through WHM.
