Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NairoHost services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
NairoHost reserves the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Description of Service
NairoHost provides web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, email hosting, and related services. You understand that our Services may include certain communications from NairoHost, such as service announcements and administrative messages.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Payment Terms
4.1 Fees
All fees for Services are published on our website and are subject to change. Fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. Services will not be activated until payment is received and confirmed.

Services renew automatically unless cancelled. Renewal notices are sent to your registered email address at:

Accounts with unpaid invoices may be suspended after 7 days and terminated after 30 days of non-payment.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans. Refund requests after 30 days will be processed on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
Eligible
- Shared hosting within 30 days
- Pro-rata at discretion after 30 days
Not eligible
- Domain name registrations and transfers
- SSL certificates
- Setup fees and add-on services
- Accounts that violated the AUP
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited email (spam)
- Hosting illegal content
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Distributing malware or viruses
- Engaging in phishing or fraudulent activities
- Using excessive server resources that affect other users

Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
Data & Backups
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we perform regular server backups, we do not guarantee the availability or integrity of backups.
Limitation of Liability
NairoHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your client portal.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
