NairoHost supports the payment methods most convenient for Kenyan customers. All invoices are billed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable.
Available Methods
- M-Pesa: Pay by STK push prompt or the Lipa na M-Pesa Paybill option. This is the fastest method and confirms automatically.
- Visa and Mastercard: Debit and credit cards are accepted through a secure payment page. Cards can also be saved for auto-renew.
- Bank transfer: Suitable for larger invoices or corporate clients who pay by EFT or RTGS.

Notes on Payments
- Always pay the exact invoiced amount in KES, including VAT, so the system can match the payment automatically.
- Card and M-Pesa payments usually reconcile within minutes; bank transfers require you to send proof of payment so they can be matched manually.
- Currency conversion fees, if your card is denominated in another currency, are charged by your bank, not by NairoHost.
