Renew an active or expiring hosting plan from the client area before the due date to keep your website and email online without interruption.

Hosting plans at NairoHost run on a fixed billing cycle and must be renewed before the due date to avoid suspension. Renewal invoices are generated automatically ahead of expiry so you have time to pay.

Renew from the Client Area

  1. Log in at my.nairohost.site.
  2. Open Services > My Services and find the plan due for renewal.
  3. Click the service, then select Renew or open the linked renewal invoice under Billing.
  4. Choose your payment method (M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer) and complete payment.
  5. The next due date updates immediately once payment clears.

Renew Early or Change the Term

You do not have to wait for the due date. Renewing early simply extends the next due date from the existing one, so no days are lost. To switch from monthly to annual billing, renew with the longer term selected, which usually lowers the effective monthly cost.

Renewal Timeline

| Stage | When it happens | |-------|-----------------| | Invoice generated | 14 days before due date | | First reminder | 7 days before due date | | Final reminder | On the due date | | Suspension | A few days after due date if unpaid |

Pay before suspension to avoid downtime. If a service is already suspended, settle the outstanding invoice and it is reactivated automatically; contact support via WhatsApp on +254 796 358081 if it does not come back online within a few minutes.
