M-Pesa is the fastest way to settle a hosting invoice in Kenya. NairoHost supports both the automatic STK push prompt and the manual Paybill method so you can pay from any Safaricom line.
Pay with the STK Push Prompt
- Log in to your client area at my.nairohost.site and open Billing > Invoices.
- Select the unpaid invoice and choose M-Pesa as the payment method.
- Enter the Safaricom number you want to charge and click Pay Now.
- Wait for the STK push pop-up on your phone, enter your M-Pesa PIN, and confirm.
- The invoice marks itself Paid automatically within a minute.
Pay Manually via Paybill
If the prompt does not arrive, use the Lipa na M-Pesa menu instead:
- Go to M-Pesa > Lipa na M-Pesa > Pay Bill.
- Enter the Business Number shown on your invoice.
- Use your invoice number as the Account Number.
- Enter the exact amount in KES and confirm with your PIN.
After You Pay
Keep the M-Pesa confirmation SMS. If the invoice does not update within a few minutes, paste the M-Pesa transaction code (for example, SI93XK2LMN) into the invoice notes or send it to support via WhatsApp on +254 796 358081. Always pay the exact invoiced amount, including VAT, so the system can match the payment cleanly without manual adjustment.
