What We Need From You
To migrate from a cPanel-based host, the easiest path is to provide:
- Your old host's cPanel login (URL, username, password), or
- A full cPanel backup file if you prefer not to share logins
For non-cPanel hosts, we will advise the best approach based on your platform.
How to Request a Migration
- Order or set up your matching plan on NairoHost
- Open a ticket in the Technical/Migration department, or use the /contact page
- Provide the access details above and your domain name
- Tell us your preferred go-live timing
How It Works
- We copy everything to your NairoHost account without touching your live site
- We share a way to preview and test before go-live
- Once you approve, you update nameservers and the site goes live
Limits to Know
- Very large or non-standard sites may need extra coordination
- We migrate content as-is; we do not redesign or rebuild sites
- Closed platforms like Wix cannot be copied and must be rebuilt
