The client area is your central dashboard for managing your NairoHost services. From here you handle invoices, renew services, register domains, and open support tickets. Note that the client area is separate from cPanel.
How to Log In
- Open your browser and go to my.nairohost.site.
- Enter the email address you used when signing up.
- Enter your client area password.
- Click Login.
What You Can Do in the Client Area
- View and pay invoices using M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer
- Renew hosting and domain services before they expire
- Register or transfer domains
- Update your billing and contact details
- Open and track support tickets
Client Area vs cPanel
These two logins are often confused:

If You Cannot Log In
- Confirm you are using the correct email address.
- Use the password reset link on the login page.
