If you cannot log in to the client area, resetting your password is quick and secure. This guide covers the self-service reset and what to do if it does not work.
Reset Your Password Yourself
- Go to the login page at my.nairohost.site.
- Click the Forgot Password or Reset Password link.
- Enter the email address registered on your account.
- Check your inbox for a reset email.
- Click the link and set a new, strong password.
If You Do Not Receive the Email
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Confirm you entered the correct registered email address.
- Wait a few minutes, as emails can be slightly delayed.
Choosing a Strong Password
A strong password protects your billing and personal details. Use:
- At least 12 characters
- A mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
- A unique password not reused on other sites
Client Area vs cPanel Passwords
Remember that your client area password is separate from your cPanel password. Resetting one does not change the other.
