Setting up your NairoHost account takes only a few minutes. This guide covers everything from choosing a plan to logging in for the first time so you can start building your website.

Step 1: Choose a Plan and Domain

  1. Visit the NairoHost website and pick a shared hosting plan that matches your needs.
  2. Register a new domain (for example a .co.ke or .ke domain via KENIC) or use one you already own.
  3. Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Step 2: Create Your Account and Pay

During checkout you will create your client account with your name, email, and phone number. Choose a payment method:

  • M-Pesa (the fastest option in Kenya)
  • Visa or Mastercard
  • Bank transfer

Once payment is confirmed, your hosting is provisioned automatically.

Step 3: Check Your Welcome Email

After activation you receive a welcome email containing:

  • Your client area login details for my.nairohost.site
  • Your cPanel username and login URL
  • Your assigned nameservers, ns1.nairohost.site and ns2.nairohost.site

Step 4: Log In and Get Started

Log in to the client area at my.nairohost.site to manage billing, domains, and support tickets. From cPanel you can install WordPress with Softaculous, create email accounts, and upload files.

If you do not receive your welcome email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support on WhatsApp at +254 796 358081 or through the /contact page.
