Updating Your Billing Profile
- Log in to the client area at my.nairohost.site
- Go to Account → Profile or Billing Details
- Enter your company name, KRA PIN, and physical or postal address
- Save your changes
New invoices generated after this update will show these details.
Getting a Corrected Invoice for a Past Payment
If you already paid an invoice that is missing your KRA PIN:
- Update your billing profile as above
- Open a ticket in the Billing department or use the /contact page
- Request a reissued tax invoice for the specific invoice number
We will regenerate it with your tax details included.
