Promo codes reduce the price of an eligible order or renewal. They must be applied before you pay, since a discount cannot be added to an invoice that is already settled.
Apply a Code at Checkout
- Add your hosting plan, domain, or add-on to the cart at my.nairohost.site.
- On the checkout or order summary page, find the Promo Code or Apply Coupon field.
- Enter the code exactly, including any letters and numbers, then click Apply.
- Confirm the discounted total updates before choosing a payment method.
Apply a Code to an Unpaid Invoice
If you have already generated a renewal invoice, the code may apply at the order stage rather than the invoice stage. Where a field is not shown on the invoice, open a billing ticket with the code before paying so it can be applied manually.
Why a Code Might Not Work
- The code has expired or reached its usage limit.
- It applies only to specific plans or to new orders, not renewals.
- A minimum term, such as annual billing, is required.
- The code was mistyped; codes are case-sensitive.
Discounts are applied to the pre-VAT subtotal, so VAT is then calculated on the reduced amount. If a valid code still will not apply, contact support via WhatsApp on +254 796 358081 with the code and invoice number before you pay, since discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
