Every invoice and payment at NairoHost is stored in your client area as a downloadable PDF. These documents show the VAT breakdown and are suitable for business accounting and tax records.
Download an Invoice
- Log in at my.nairohost.site.
- Open Billing > My Invoices.
- Click the invoice number to open it.
- Use the Download PDF button to save it, or Print for a hard copy.
Get a Payment Receipt
A receipt confirms that an invoice has been paid:
- Open the relevant Paid invoice from Billing > My Invoices.
- The PDF includes the transaction reference, payment method, and date paid.
- For M-Pesa payments, the M-Pesa code is recorded against the invoice as proof.
What the Invoice Shows

If you need a consolidated statement of all invoices for a financial year, or a corrected tax detail such as a registered business name or KRA PIN on the invoice, update your billing profile first and then contact support via the /contact page so the document can be reissued correctly.
