Adding your domain email to your phone keeps you reachable on the go. Both iPhone and Android use the same server settings, with IMAP recommended for syncing across devices.

On iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
  2. Choose Other, then Add Mail Account.
  3. Enter your name, full email address, password, and a description.
  4. Select IMAP and enter the server details below.
  5. Tap Next, let it verify, then Save.

On Android

  1. Open the Gmail app (or your mail app) and tap Add another account.
  2. Choose Other and enter your full email address.
  3. Select Personal (IMAP).
  4. Enter your password and the server details below.
  5. Tap Next and complete the setup.

Server Settings

| Setting | Value | | --------------- | ------------------- | | Incoming (IMAP) | mail.yourdomain.com | | IMAP port | 993 (SSL) | | Outgoing (SMTP) | mail.yourdomain.com | | SMTP port | 465 (SSL) | | Username | full email address |

Tips

  • Use your full email address as the username on both incoming and outgoing servers.
  • Make sure SMTP authentication is enabled so you can send mail.
  • If you see a certificate warning, confirm the server name is mail.yourdomain.com and that an SSL certificate is active.
