How to Switch from Monthly to Annual Billing and Save

Move your hosting or service from monthly to annual billing to lock in a lower rate and reduce how often you have to make payments.

Paying annually almost always costs less per month than paying monthly, and it means one payment a year instead of twelve. Here is how to switch.

Why Annual Billing Saves Money

Providers offer a discount for longer commitments. Over a year, the monthly equivalent on an annual plan is typically noticeably cheaper, and you are protected from any mid-year price changes.

How to Change Your Billing Cycle

  1. Log in to the client area
  2. Go to Services → My Services
  3. Open the service you want to change
  4. Look for a Change Billing Cycle or upgrade option
  5. Select Annually and confirm

If you do not see the option, open a Billing ticket and we will switch the cycle and issue the correct prorated invoice.

What About the Time I Already Paid For?

Any unused portion of your current cycle is normally credited toward the new annual term, so you do not lose what you have already paid.

Other Money-Saving Tips

  • Pay before the due date to avoid any late issues
  • Apply a valid promo code at checkout
  • Consolidate multiple services onto matching renewal dates for simpler budgeting

Tip: Set a calendar reminder a week before your annual renewal so you are never caught off guard by the larger single payment.
